【摘要】:ThispartofIEC62272describesthemethodsofmeasurementtoassesstheperformancecharacteristicsofdigitalmodulatedradiotransmittersinthebandsbelow30MHzforsoundand/ordatabroadcastingintheLF,MFandHFbands,andtofacilitatethecomparisonofmeasurementswhicharecarriedoutbydifferentpersonnel.Itcontainsdetailsofspeciallyselectedmethodsfordeterminingthemostimportantperformanceparametersofdigitalradiotransmitters.Themeasurementmethodsdescribedapplytoalimitednumberofperformanceparameters,i.e.thosewhichcangiverisetoambiguousinterpretationduetotheuseofdifferentmethodsandconditions.Theyareneitherrestrictivenormandatory:measurementscanbechosenforeachparticularcase.Themeasurementmethodsdescribedinthisstandardareintendedtobeusedfortypeapprovaltests,qualitycontroltestsoracceptancetestmeasurementsinfactoriesandonsite.Feweroradditionalmeasurementsmaybecarriedoutbyagreementbetweencustomerandsupplier.Anyadditionaltestshouldcomplywithstandardswhichhavebeenestablishedbyotherstudygroups,subcommitteesoftheIECorotherinternationalorsuitablyaccreditedorganizations.Thisstandarddoesnotspecifylimitingvaluesforacceptableperformanceastheseareusuallygivenintheequipmentspecificationorinrequirementslaiddownbytheresponsibleregulationbodies.However,somevaluesarequoted,whereappropriateforguidanceinthepresentationoftheresults.
