【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61243isapplicabletovoltagedetectingsystemsthataresingle-poleandarecapacitively-coupledtoliveparts.Theyareusedtodetectthepresenceorabsenceofoperatingvoltageona.c.electricalsystemsforvoltagesfrom1kVto52kV,andforfrequenciesfrom16Hzto60Hz.Thisstandardisalsoapplicabletophasecomparatorsdesignedforvoltagedetectingsystems.EMCtestsarenotincludedas,atthepresenttime,notenoughinformationaboutminimumrequirementsisavailable.NOTES1Exceptwherespecifiedotherwise,allthevoltagesdefinedinthisstandardrefertovaluesofphase-to-phasevoltagesofthree-phasesystems.Inothersystems,theapplicablephase-to-phaseorphase-to-earthvoltagesareusedtodeterminetheoperatingvoltage.2Voltagedetectingsystemsbasedonfundamentallydifferentprinciples(forexampleopticalsystems,resistivecouplingelements)arenotcoveredinthisstandardbutshouldmeettherequirementsofthisstandardwhereapplicable.3Forfrequenciesdifferingfrom50Hz,thevaluesCsandUtaccordingtotable1arevalid.Thethresholdvaluesforlthavetobechangedaccordingly.4Ifinanelectricalinstallationitisverifiedthattheinstallationisdeadbyothermeansthanusingavoltagedetectingsystem,adifferentdevicewhichcanbetermedvoltageindicatingsystemmaybeusedforserviceinformationaboutthevoltagestatewithreducedrequirementsconcerningtestsforclearandreliableindication.Ifso,thisshouldbeclearlystatedandmadeexplicitbythemanufacturer(seeannexFforfurtherdetails).
