【摘要】:ThisreportdescribesamethodforthedeterminationofthelongitudinalmodulsofelasticityofplasticsbymeansofSavartspendulum.Themethodisapplicabletoproductsforwhichthecharacteristicdeterminedisgreaterthan1500MPaandwhichitispossibletopreparespecimensfrom1to5mminthicknessbycutting.Theelasticityofthetestpieceisemployedforthetransmissionofenergyfromonependulumtoanother,thetestpiecebeingusedasasupportforbothpendulums.Theamplitudeoftheoscillationsofthedrivingpendulumgraduallydecreasesuntilitstops.Thetimebetweenstartingupandthefirststoppingofthedrivingpendulumisthehalf-oscillationperiod,whichisafunctionofthelongitudinal(Young's)modulsofelasticityofthespecimeninalternatingflexure.
